1) Authorization to Access Credit Information

By submitting a loan or cash-advance request through the Instant Cash Advance – Crunchy App, you authorize Crunchy Finance LLC ("we," "us," or "our") and its designated third-party service providers to securely collect and review the information necessary to evaluate your eligibility for financial products. This includes, but is not limited to, credit reports, banking information, employment verification, and other data relevant to the request.

2) Purpose of Authorization

Your consent allows us to:

  • Verify your identity and prevent fraud
  • Assess your eligibility for loan or cash-advance offers from third-party lenders
  • Provide you with accurate loan terms, repayment options, and applicable fees
  • Facilitate communication with financial partners for processing requests

  • Third-party verification and fraud-prevention services
  • Payment processors as necessary for loan disbursement and repayment

Each partner is required to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy and security standards.

5) Your Rights and Responsibilities

  • You may revoke this authorization at any time, but revocation may prevent completion of your loan or cash-advance request.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Inaccurate data may result in denied requests or delays.
  • You authorize Crunchy Finance LLC to retain records of your authorization in compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
